    Hi, we sometimes need to create manual orders for affiliate’s customers…

    Is there any way to manually create an order and associate it to a specific affiliate ?

    Didn’t find how…

    Hey @solumedia,

    Thank you for reaching out! For manual orders, you’d need to also manually create a commission for the affiliate from SliceWP > Commissions > Add New Commission.

    In the “Commission Details” panel, make sure to set the “Reference” value as the order ID from your eCommerce plugin integration. Also, make sure to set the “Amount” as the final commission’s amount, not the order total.

    Currently, the plugin will not calculate the commission based on the reference (order) total, so you will have to calculate and enter the amount that you wish to reward the affiliate manually.
