    Hi,

I’m trying to setup a retroactive review reminder using manual actions and filters but no matter what options I select (only the event Order Manual Trigger or the event Order Manual Trigger and a filter, for example date range for order created) when I click on Preview and Run Actions zero items are found.

    Could you help with this?

    Thank you.

    Hello @valekichia

Thank you for contacting us. Could you send information about the version of the plugin, WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP you are using in your store?

Please also send a screenshot of your automation configuration. It should include all information: what event you use, if you have any filters set up and most important, the whole action settings.

This would help us investigate the problem.

    Kind regards,

    Hello @rzepsen

ShopMagic Pro version 4.0.2 (with the following add-ons active: Advanced Filters, Customer Coupons, Delayed Actions, Manual Actions, Review Requests).

    WordPress 6.2
    WooCommerce 7.7.0
    PHP 7.4.33

    This is the automation configuration.

As you can see in this screenshot I do have orders that have been created between the 1st of July and the 1st of August.

But this is the Preview and run action result.

I can change the filters to anything else (eg. customer email ends with “gmail.com”, witch again I’m sure some will match) but the result is always 0 items.

    Hello @valekichia

Thank you so much. Could you update WooCommerce to the newest version?

All ShopMagic add-ons are in the latest versions?

    Hello @rzepsen

All ShopMagic add-ons are in the latest version.

I updated WooCommerce, but nothing changed.

I also switched to Twenty Twenty-Three Theme and disabled every other plugin except for WooCommerce and ShopMagic core and add-ons. This didn’t help either.

I noticed that if I change the Event to Customer Manual Trigger and don’t add any filter, the preview retrieves the list of all customers. But if I set the event to Order Manual Trigger and no filters, it retrieves 0 items, whereas I’d expect it to retrieve all orders.

If you’d like to take a look I can send you a temporary login to the backend (let me know how to do it privately).

    Thank you
