Manual order of subcategories

I use this plugin and I find it very useful, but I can’t solve this problem, I hope somebody already had the same issue.
I can order manually my categories but when I try to order manually the subcategories, even if I get the message “Manual order of the categories successfully updated.” nothing happens.
What can I do?
