    Hi! When I create a manual order and I don’t enter the customer complete billing or shipping addresses, they are not prompted to provide them. This happens regardless I send an invoice or share the “Customer payment page” directly.
    I think it is strange since it would be easier and more reliable if they were to enter the information directly, or at least prompted when the information is blank in the order. It feels a bit redundant to ask for all that information and then send them a link where they have to interact.
    Can this be modified?

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Indeed currently when an order is created manually – your customer will not be asked to enter the shipping address since normally (when an order is placed by a customer on your site) this information is acquired before the actual order is created.

    I completely understand why you’d want this though. Would you mind adding a request for this functionality to our ideas board?
