    if I place an order manually woocomerce does not calculate the shipping costs. But if I do it from the normal website it works perfectly.

    I would like to know if there is a possibility to calculate it by developing it in some way or it is just a woocommerce restriction.

    Hi there,

    By default, WooCommerce won’t caculate shipping via an API on the backend- you’ll need to enter the shipping costs manually.
    Looking at the screencast you sent, it looks like you’re using some sort of flexible shipping plugin. I can’t vouch for how that’s expected to work, so you may want to reach out to the developers of it to see what they say.

    If that extension doesn’t calculate the way you want, your best bet would be to get in touch with a developer who can write that up for you. If you want to explore that route, I’d suggest reaching out to one of the services on our Customizations page -https://woocommerce.com/customizations/
