Manual Membership Subscription

    Hello, I have a membership site that I don’t want people to register by themselves on the site.
    As an admin, after we discuss and agree on the modalities, the client will then make payment transfer to my bank account.
    And once I confirm the payment, I will then manually create an account and assign a particular membership package role for the member on the membership site.
    How can I update the member’s account to include and reflect the membership package price he or she paid for?

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    The ‘Subscription’ will always remain empty if you are manually capturing membership data. This would only apply to recurring levels that are connected to a gateway.

    I would recommend setting your gateway to Pay by Check, use the settings to change it to Payment Transfer, and then set up your level to be recurring (if need be).

    PMPro will then automatically generate the relevant orders during every cycle and you can mark the order as ‘success’ when you receive payment.
