I have a few older clients who can’t navigate our online shop. They call in their orders. I am trying to send manual invoices via both the order Actions and Send order email dropdowns, but they’re not going through. Anyone know what might be the problem? all other automatic emails go through fine, but this manually sent one doesn’t seem to be working.
    Thanks

    Hello @bacchuspunk,

What kind of problem are your clients experiencing when they navigate your site? Can you please elaborate further on this? You can use a plugin like Login as User to replicate the users’ experience on your site. This plugin allows admins to have easy access to the frontend as a specific user.

You’ll want to check if the emails are being correctly generated and sent. You can do this by installing a plugin like WP Mail Logging.

If emails are being generated, then there is a good possibility that the server is blocking them from being sent. In that case, you would need to contact your email service provider.

Lastly, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
