Times change, obviously, but I stopped using automated installs provided by hosting companies (or software packages that do it for them) after having trouble updating WordPress and especially problems reinstalling. I’ve even seen some weird options selected that caused me problems later. Admittedly, that was THEN and this is NOW.
I still recommend doing the standard WordPress install by downloading from www.remarpro.com and using the /wp-admin/install.php approach described in the 5 minute install. Mainly, because you learn important things that will help you debug issues later. Mostly where key files and settings within files are.
