    I previously had a support request in 2022 where it was suggested that I could call the manual init function after one of the buttons is pressed to filter the list you see at the page https://etude.co.uk/projects/ but now that function no longer works. I have even upgraded the plugin. I sent a support request but not only I never received a confirmation email, but I never heard back. Can you help? You can test the issue by pressing on the button New buildings on the page https://etude.co.uk/projects/ and then clicking on one of the arrows on any of the projects, you’ll see it reloads the page.

    I checked our spam inbox, and, unfortunately, was unable to locate your message. There’s nothing but legitimate spam in there currently.

    The Soliloquy code on your site indicates this is the premium version, not the free version as found on www.remarpro.com. Is that right? If so, would you mind reaching out to us via the support form here?

    Thanks, I’ve submitted a request but have not received an email confirmation or a ticket number, how do I retrieve my ticket and see if you have replied?
