    At first we received payments outside llms + manual payment gateway. Than i switched off manual gateway. Now for students that “payed” with manual gateway in their orders the date of next payment shows the date in the past + in order’s notes there is a error for recurrent payment with the message that manual gateway is no longer accessible, but the order and membership are active!

    Is this a bug? how to fix this situation?

  • Hi @pavelkoko,

    You need at least one gateway in order to process recurring transactions. Disabling the manual payment gateway just means you wish not to receive payments on your website.

    I’ll suggest you re-activate the manual payment gateway and all this should be fixed.

    I have other gateway active.

    1. only manual gateway was active.
    2. some people registered using manual gateway with recurrent plan
    3. I developed gateway for payment system Fondy and activated it + switched off manual gateway
    4. That people who registered using manual gateway and recurrent plan are still active even after next payment date is past and there is error about recurrent payment and absence of manual gateway on order’s page.

    You said you have the other payment gateway active? Does LifterLMS have an integration with this payment gateway or are you using WooCommerce?

    i ve read that article, and still don’t understand why student is active. i am sure this is a bug. There is no possible logic explanation for student to be active when he have not payed for course continuation…
