Manual Excerpt showing on post page

I like the Manual Excerpt because it lets me put in some html. What I am looking for is something that will show up on the home page under the catergory listing before a person clicks on the link to the post page that doesn’t show up on the post page. Is there a way to get the Manual Excerpt to only show up on the catergory page and not the actual post?

I’m using MH magazine theme.
