Manual download of reviews didn’t work

Hello, I pressed the manual Download new reviews button in an attempt to get the latest review (from 2 weeks ago), but it didn’t work. I pressed it again, no luck. Now it says I can’t press the button anymore for 10 days, but it didn’t work? What should I do?
