Manual Custom Invoice with Payment Option?

    I am looking for an option to manually create the Invoices with products not listed in our store. Our customers have specific needs in terms of weight of the goods, so adding the products to the store is not store, it has to be done manually only.

    How can we create such Invoices to Customers manually with an option for them to make the payment?

  • If it’s not a product within Woocommerce then it can’t create an invoice for something that doesn’t exist.
    I do know what you mean though. We do similar for clearance items.
    What we do is take the $ from the Woocommerce order and enter it into Xero, then add the additional items. Xero allows the customer to pay via several options by providing a link on the invoice.
