Manual Contract Upload question

I have contracts (tokens, defi smart contract staking pools, etc) that I want to manually upload. However, everything I wrote/developed is on the Harmony Mainnet. Can I still utilize the manual upload feature? Is WP Smart Contracts at all useful to me if I am not on BSC/Polygon? If so, please provide links to any and all documents, forums, etc to help me along.
