Manual Cache Update option?

Loving the plugin thankyou!

I understand the reason for not updating the cache too frequently as it taxes the Etsy servers. However, is there a possibility to add an easy way to manually update the cache in order to pickup new added Etsy products?

You can change the timeout value in the editor, but you then need to change it back to 6 hours etc.
