Manual backup failed

  • Hello, I found another thread relating to this problem, but there was no clear description of what the user did to resolve the issue. Below is the event log of the problem I had. It is my first attempt to use Online Backup. FYI, WordPress is installed on the root of my domain’s web server, not in a wp folder on the root. Any help is much appreciated. EVENT LOG FOLLOWS:
