• Hi,

First, of all I like your plugins, they are very helpful. But one thing I didn’t like is that when I want to install any plugin, I see plugins from you in add-plugins page in WordPress, even if I search plugin, then I see your plugins in first position.

This happens only on wp installations where any of your plugin is installed. It’s not normal, some kind of tricky advertisement or promotion.

I thought its normal www.remarpro.com behaviour but it was done by your plugins, only to increase installation of your plugin, then showing random promotional banners for your premium plugins like your Redirection Pro.

This kind of manipulation should be avoided. There should be a tab, that should be fine but its something else.

    What you think?

    Hi,
Thank you for your kind words.

This plugin has no banners, no notifications, no nags, no links. We don’t ask for donations or anything else. It’s as clean as it gets. So, this is the price to pay for a free product. Nothing is free and since 99.99% of our users don’t even want to invest 10 seconds into leaving a review or saying thank you this is how we get compensated.

No bad intention, I wanted to share my opinion so I have not given negative star rating just created post here. I published 5 start reviews for some of your plugins, I always recommended my clients do it if we are using someone’s free plugins, and you are no exception.

Please read my post again, calm down. It was not for notification or popups in particular about but modifying add-plugins pages to show your results in featured section, and in search section.

    Hi ??

I apologize if that came out aggressive, or directed at you personally. It really wasn’t mean to sound like that.

I know what you were referring to ?? That list is solely populated by Automattic plugins. No other developer can ever get on it. So I consider it to be unfair from the beginning.
