Manifest theme help

I have chosen the Manifest theme for my blog witch I like. There are no sidebars, so I want to make new pages at the top with an archive and categories.

On the Manifest web page, the creator writes that the theme has an archive, link and category template, and I also find the codes in the editors section on my dashboard.
But I have no idea what to do with them, how do I put them into a functioning page?
