Mandrill & CF7 – Mail Encrypted?

    I have Mandrill set up with CF7. Is the content of the contact form messages encrypted at every stage of the process with this basic setup? Or do I need to use a separate plugin to get encryption when the information is traveling from the website server to Mandrill’s server?

    Or is the only way to get encryption setting up SSL on my site? Argg I know nothing about this stuff ??
