• Well I had this error for nearly a month now and I’ve never bothered to see if it can get fixed…

The problem is that in some random amount of days ALL of the theme options that I set on it will automaticly reset to default. I have no idea why its doing it but its starting to drive me crazy. It does it a few times a month and sometime I’m not there to change it back to the correct theme options.

Does anyone know why or what is causing it to do this?

  • The only time I’ve experienced anything even remotely like this was when my options reset on upgrade to version 1.37. But it didn’t happen again when upgrading to 1.38.

My first suggestion, which you’ve probably already tried, is to download a fresh copy of the latest version, and upload the new files.

    Ya… I did this a few times… I don’t know what to now…

Have you contacted the theme creator? Theme-specific issues should be asked of the creator first. They may know what to do about it.

Well the thing is i don’t know if its theme-specific issue or not. For all I know it could do the same for all themes. And no, I haven’t check with other themes because it takes 1/4-1/2 of the month before it will do it again.

Ya… Its happing more often now. Im getting really annoyed. Maybe i should start finding a new theme that will work or something…

Do you happen to have different versions of Mandigo in the themes folder? If you do, they may be fighting over the options, so keep only the most recent one.

I’m having the exact same problem. At first I thought it was the host but they tell me it couldn’t be and this confirms it probably is not. What is going on?!

ive had similar problems with having two different versions of Mandigo in the theme dir.

if you haven’t already, i’d completely delete the theme folder, disable all your plugins, and re upload.
