Mandatory website account

Already thank you for your plugin that I love!
Personally, I ask people who want to apply for a job to register on my site (the recruitment page and links are blocked if they are not).
But using a connection via app (Discord), I don’t always have the same mails on site accounts and on applications…
Would it be possible to make your plugin compatible to such a use please?
Possibility to force the registration/connection to apply (or simply block it (I did it myself but it’s not practical lol)) ?
And is it possible to add an option so that we can find the user account of the person who applied please (if he has one…) ? ??
