Mandatory for SB to have discount

    why would it mandatory for Smart Bundle to have discount?
    (sale price value must be 99% or lower)
    sometimes it is necessary for it to be 100% full price.

    [Noted while investigating conflict between discount and a currency conversion tool meaning the discount prices are wrong.]

    I noted this point also. But keeping this field void, the full price is shown.
