Mandatory fields not displaying in the email using Contact 7 form

Hi all,

I’m really hoping that someone can help me as I think I’m going mad. I uninstalled my contact 7 form this morning as there was an unexplained config error on it, so I re-added the plugin and re-did the form. Everything looked normal, and I tested it and it came back to my admin email BUT almost all of the fields are missing from what I submitted in the form.

From the user perspective it looks like a fairly simple and easy to use form which won’t allow him or her to send it without completing all mandatory fields. However, from the admin side all I’m getting is the subject and message fields coming through and nothing else.
