Mandatory fields ignored

    Firstly, great plugin, thankyou! I am having one (fairly major) issue however. I am using the plugin with the conditional logic extension (having purchased this on Friday) on this site:

    The problem I’m having is that the mandatory functionality doesn’t appear to be working at all – you’re able to submit forms without filling them out.

    Is this a common issue – is there something I’m missing?!

    Any help would be really greatly appreciated.

    (Please let me know if you fill out a form to test as I’ll have to make sure you don’t get a phone call to book your test!)

    Hi James,

    Sorry I had to reset this to unresolved – I don’t seem to be able to login to the ninja forms support/members area!

    I’ve tried resetting my password, which still doesn’t work, and I’ve even tried setting up an entirely new profile, but once registered, even the new details aren’t working. Please let me know what I should do now.

    You should wait 20 minutes and log-in using your original account. If you fail to log-in properly more than 4 times your IP is locked out for that amount of time.
