Mandatory fields

    Hi,

    In my form, mandatory fields are being passed without completion, only at the end of the form is notifying witht he error messages for all mandatory fields.

    My form is set to use a progress bar and it has around ten steps. Most fields are mandatory which means the user shouldn’t be able to go to the next step unless is compliting all mandatory fields.

    Is it something normal as a default behavior or there is something I simply miss to adjust proparly?

    Hi @amery

    I hope you’re well today!

    Please go to form’s “Behavior” settings and make sure that the “Enable inline validation (as user types) option is enabled.

    If it’s enabled, a warning about field being required should be displayed right away below such field and prevent from moving to next page of the form – until the field is filled-in.

    I thought this switch was only for email address and masked phone numbers
