Mandatory field error only on 1st field

Hi,

I made several contact forms for my website www.redacteur-seo-freelance.com. 

The first one works well (contact) and I receive emails (I can also look at answers into Flamingo).

The others contact forms get the same error : "this field is mandatory" but only for the 1st field of the form (which is mandatory with a *).

The error happens even if this field has been filled or not…

If I put another field on the top of the form, the error is always about the 1st field on the form. Not on the others. Very strange…

I tried with default theme and with all plugins desactivated. Same issue… Using Google Recaptcha V3 (tests made with and without it)
