Mandatory data for new orders import

    Hello,

    Our orders are shipping with a logistics partner whose automatically get orders details but he told me value orders are at 0euros whereas
    I exported the sample file and filled in then I imported it with almost all datas completed.
    1) Does orders created with import are exactly the same as an order created on the website by a customer? I mean are they genuilely true orders?
    2) Are there mandatory data I have to filled in to make them genuine orders?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The orders created after import are indeed genuine orders, identical to those once created on the website by customers. There are no mandatory fields that you must fill in to make them genuine orders. You can import orders with the necessary information, and they will function as normal orders on your website.
