Managing WordPress themes in Dreamweaver

I am trying to build a website for the first time, completely a newbie. I have downloaded and installed one theme, but it is not showing up in my wordpress folder as one of the themes, only twentyeleven and twentyten are…how do I get my installed theme into the desktop folder so I can manipulate the CSS?
