Managing Parent/Child Page Access

I manage a large site and have created 17 UAM user groups each having a custom role created with the Members plugin. Each user group can only access and write to their own user group pages but can read all groups’ pages.

There is an issue with a staff directory parent page and individual staff profile child pages. The staff directory parent page must be UAM-accessible to all user groups or else if an individual staff profile child page is edited and saved by a user it will drop out from under the parent page resulting in a change to the child page URL. It also results in all staff profile child pages being editable and appearing in all 17 UAM user groups WP Pages view.

Is there a solution that will keep this staff directory parent page accessible to all 17 user groups without all staff profile child pages being visible and editable in all groups? The goal is having user group individual staff profile child pages only visible to and editable by their group members.
