Managing next step of a contact form submission

In testing my website contact form it successfully delivers email to the address I entered under Email Notifications > Admin Email > Recipients [tab].
The email message comes into my email client of the Zoho service sent from that email address with the name, email address, message and more the person submitting the form input, all nicely formatted.
If I hit reply then I’m just replying to myself because the form submission is both ‘from’ and ‘to’ the same email.
What’s the normal method to handle responding to this person under this situation. Do I compose a new email to them and copy/paste their message I received in there for their reference so it looks like a reply? Or is there an alternative way.
