Managing Multiple Sub- in WordPress

  • Hi forum,
    I am a wp beginner. I am trying to learn on how to use sub-folders/sub-directories for my website like say https://www.mywebsite.com/cycle or
    https://www.mywebsite.com/phones

    I have two queries.

    1. How can I create a sub-folder for my website (/cycle or /phones). I have searched a lot. Not much insightful results were found. One website mentioned that sub-folders can be added from the cPanel in our hosting account. Any further data if provided would be helpful.
    2. Can I manage multiple sub-folders using a single wordpress installation or do I need to manage every sub-folder with wordpress separately installed into them?
