    Hi there –

Currently I am creating a WP site on a temporary url provided by the hosting company. The actual domain will be pointed once the site is completed. We plan on using FooGallery for our image galleries. I haven’t installed it yet.

My question is, if the plugin is installed and galleries are created while the site is using the temporary url, what is the procedure for updating anything associated with Foogallery once the domain is pointed? I would assume that any database associated with Foogallery would need to be updated.

    Thanks

    Hi Tim,

The migration plugin or script you use should take care of any URL’s in the database.
Once you migrate, make sure you clear CSS optimizations in FooGallery settings
