Managing Comments From Dashboard

  • I went to the dashboard page to manage a comment. I didn’t see any way to Unapprove, mark it as spam, or any of the other actions I might want to take.

    As I was about to give up, my mouse passed over the comment of interest and the following line popped up:

    Unapprove | Spam | Delete | Edit | Quick Edit | Reply

    Having this line pop up only when you hover over the comment is a terrific demonstration of some of the things you can do with JavaScript. However, as a user interface feature, I like it not so much. It isn’t so gee whiz to have this line always visible for all comments, but it would make WordPress usage more obvious.
