Management link allows deletion of admin user

Process:
Installed GDPR Framework on mostly vanilla WordPress 4.9.6
Ran the setup and created the privacy tools page.
Logged out and requested deletion of personal data for admin user email.
( made backup of database )
Received and followed email link.
Clicked “Delete my data”
Attempted to log in – failed.
Received email to say the my data was deleted.
Wordpress users table empty.
( Restored database from backup )
Logged in
Followed previous email link
Notice says “Data deletion is disabled for administrative accounts.”
Logged out
Button available to delete admin account
