• Hello. I have different user structure in place at my site, but I want the menu “Settings” – “Custom Login” only to be shown for administrator, but when I try to choose the level at “General Settings” – “Capability”, there is no setting for manage_options, even when it says on a side: “Set the minimum user capability to manage these settings. The default capability is manage_options“. The highest is manage_comments which is no good for me, as my editors are able to change it.

    Any ideas?

    I am able to see “manage_options” on both my local and live test sites.

    Hi. Just got your reply, and realised that most likely your plugin is conflicting with some other one. And the winner is – Advanced Access Manager. I have no idea why, but it takes half of those options to choose the capability out even for Administrator. And there are no options in AAM to modify administrator privileges. Weird…
