Manage WP blocked by Firewall

    Hey folks

    Great plugin, it definitely finds stuff others don’t when there is a need. Many thanks for your hard work.

    I have a site that is no longer backing up via our ManageWP dashboard and I’m wondering if the ‘Block enumeration of users by web-scrapers / bots’ setting is what is stopping the backups from connecting?

    Apparently the response is “403 forbidden”

    Is there a way to whitelist IP addresses in the Firewall?

    Hi @lanxalot, Thanks for using malCure. Can you please share the domain from which you get 403? You can check it up from logs.

    Hello, sorry I missed your reply.

    I don’t have any logs with this info. The support at ManageWP informed me of the 403. The ManageWP backups are only monthly on some of my sites so I will set a reminder to switch malcure off for the next scan.
