We stumbled upon Lead-In back in the early beta stages – 0.5 i believe. We have been using it ever since. We initially had a lot of back and forth with the developer and they were very transparent about what they were trying to do, and also very receptive to feedback. What they have become is a must-have intelligence gathering tool for your lead tracking process. Without even getting into the add-ons, Lead-In provides amazing value right out of the box. We have directed other clients to use it as well.
For us – Lead-In’s sweet spot is for larger companies in the B2B space. I say this because leads are more likely to fill out forms and use their business email. Once that happens – Lead-In pulls al sorts of data into that contacts profile that will save you a great deal of time before you contact them. In terms of research, you’ll see info about their company, size, as well as social contacts. On the activity side, you’ll see navigation paths of every visit that contact made to your website. When you DO call them, you’ll have a lot of information at your fingertips and a much better insight into how you can better connect with them to do business.
