Manage subscriptions page in MailPoet 3

  • I have the latest Mailpoet 3 Premium.

    I need to know how the Manage Subscription page gets populated. When I go there from a Newsletter it sometimes displays “John Doe” information and sometimes is empty.

    The newsletter subscriber should be able to see his/her actual information when clicking manage subscriptions from inside the newsletter email, is that correct?

  • Hi @sklassen,

    This has now been improved.

    Since 3.2.4 release, the shortcode [mailpoet_manage_subscription] now always renders for logged in WordPress users.

    If you click on the Newsletter link, you’ll see your information. If you’re clicking on a Newsletter preview link, you’ll see the default page like you were not subscribed.
