Thank you for your reply, but I still have trouble.

I created a POe account to export zip files:

wp-mailinglist-fr_FR.po
wp-mailinglist-fr_FR.mo

Then I selected system/configuration as you recommend to install

Language Settings
Language Location
option3 : Inside wp-content/languages/plugins/

but

Current Language No language file loaded, please ensure that wp-content/languages/plugins/newsletters-lite-fr_FR.mo exists.

How to create languages/plugins folder and install the files ?

You can just rename your file from wp-mailinglist-fr_FR.mo to newsletters-lite-fr_FR.mo and that should work.

I created a support ticket request #270413 in https://tribulant.com/support/
I renamed the file as you suggest : newsletters-lite-fr_FR.mo
But how to install the file ?
I tried to install as a plugin but WP said it doesn’t work because it is not a zip file
