“the course is now available to learn”

But the course is not added to the customer, after checking the phpmyadmin database I see there is no register for the new course in the stm_lms_user_courses table.

    Hello, @victorcalderon

By default, after sending the invitation to the user – Screenshot, this user will receive 2 emails.

One of them will contain the “Course (course_title) is now available to learn.” message Screenshot , and the second one will have an authorization message – Screenshot.

The user needs to follow the website link and log in using his credentials from the message.

After this, the user account will be created and he will be added to the course.

    Best regards

The user is already registered because he previously purchased at my website so didn′t reveive the second message, I want to gift this user a course using your invite system included in Masterstudy LMS but stop working after last update.

Can you please provide me more details about this error and any known issue about this?

After receiving an email, the user should check the Enrolled courses page from his user account and start the course Screenshot after this, he’ll be added to the course.

Does this course display on the user Enrolled Courses page?

As I mentioned in my first message the course is not displaying un customer profile, there is no course on stm_lms_user_courses table so the course is not added to customer profile and doesn′t appear under Enrolled courses.

    Hello @victorcalderon,

I visited your website and saw you installed the Masterstudy Premium theme. We have a dedicated platform to support our customers. Leave your question using the link below and our agents will answer you with great pleasure.

I tested the problem on our side with the latest version of the Masterstudy LMS plugin, and the issue is not detected:

    https://www.loom.com/share/79586a33ea6e4ec7890f79f2571308d7

In order to identify the cause of this issue, you can enroll students by disabling all 3rd party plugins temporarily.

If temporarily disabling plugins doesn’t help, try switching the currently active theme to the WordPress default theme (For example Twenty Twenty-One) and try again.

If after disabling the plugin the error disappears, you can enroll users again by activating those plugins one by one.

    Best wishes

The issue was related to the plugin masterstudy pro, under dashboard this plugins doesn′t appear as “update needed” but under plugins menu it′s shown as update available. After updating this plugin the “invite to course” option works.

    Thank you

We are glad your issue was resolved!

Sometimes it happens due to the cache. After the updating, the cache on your website was reset and the plugin starts to work in a proper way.

Please feel free to create a new topic in case of any questions.

    Best regards
