• We have a site with several products, many variables.

On each parent item, under INVENTORY tab -> Manage stock: Enable stock management at product level is checked for ‘yes’.

Each variation is checked for Manage Stock for yes.

Inventory is sync’d with an outside warehouse, using Dropstream plugin as well as Woocommerce Shipment Tracking.

When a sale is made, payment goes through, inventory is deducted, emails are sent and then the Manage stock? toggle under Inventory for the PARENT item becomes unchecked, and the sync/interface with the outside warehouse is lost. We have to re-enable and they have to manually re-sync.

We’ve tried different themes, ruled out other plugins. There are other Woocommerce sites working with this interface, just not us.

Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.

I suspect the plugin you’re using to sync is changing this option. WooCommerce will not do this.
