Manage some records from a database

    This is my first participation in this forum. Explain the case:

    I I have a client logs on. CSV file exported from a database. They are data registered for a particular event.

    WordPress is required to raise existing data that Users can update, record and query data from them. Is there a plugin for this process?

    I appreciate beforehand your attention, and all the help they can give me to orient myself on the possible options that could be taken to achieve this goal.
