Manage & Restore Backup(s) Tab Missing

    Hello. I’m really liking the look of this plugin, but when I click on ‘Backup Migration’ in the admin menu the ‘Manage & Restore Backup(s)’ tab is missing. Instead it just says ‘Welcome to BackupBliss’ with the option to create a new backup beneath that.

    Once I’ve created a backup the option to restore is then available, but not beforehand. Is that how it’s meant to be? I tried reinstalling but it’s just the same. Thanks.

    Something to add – I have automatic backups enabled and two older backups that are locked, but there’s no obvious way to access them.

    Hello @matthod ,

    We never received such report. There is probably something on your site that is interfering with our plugin’s menu. But just in case, please try to open the plugin menu from a Chrome browser, incognito window, from a desktop/laptop device, and check if the result is the same.

    If there is any chance that you could share a screenshot, that would also be great.

    Thank you. I see. It appears the same using alternative browsers (and in incognito mode). I’ll experiment to see what else might be blocking it. I’ve just installed it on one of my other sites and this time I can see the restore tab as it should be.

    Please try with this beta version, it changes the name of these tabs, which should resolve this particular conflict. Even your theme can cause the conflict, but it’s rather ultimately rare as resources that stick with WP guidelines shouldn’t include their styles into third party settings pages if they can conflict with each other.

    That’s fantastic, thank you! After upgrading from v1.4.3 to 1.4.3.1 the three tabs are now showing ??

    Excellent plugin! I’ll do some more testing and try out the premium version.
