Manage Prayers Site does not load – Service Ticket #2273478

    **Service Ticket number in Title is for IT Dept. Reference**
    Having issues opening Manage Prayers site. Site takes 5+ Minutes to load or does not load at all. Contacted my IT department.
    – Assisted Clearing Cache / Cookies on browser Chrome Edge
    – Checked for Updates on Chrome / Edge
    – Closed Down Browser, Restarted PC.
    – Issue still persists

    – Contacted WordPress Support Chat
    – Recommended Deactivating MonsterInsights
    – Deactivated the following Plugin Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
    – Tried on a separate device, Same issue

    – Was able to open page in Incognito Window from Chrome.

    Looking for any technical assistance Regarding this Issue.

    Hello,
    I have few questions:
    Was the Manage Prayers site working fine before?
    When did this issue start?

    I suggest to delete the WP Prayer plugin and then reinstall.
    Deleting WP Prayer plugin will not affect the data stored in the database.

    Hello Kim,

    Was the Manage Prayers site working fine before? Yes it did although sometimes slow but not like this.

    When did this issue start? 2 weeks ago

    I will try the deleting and reinstalling. I will post an update shortly.
