Manage Pick Up Orders

  • Is it possible to view the Pickup Order Slots ‘database’ and additionally close a slot? The scenario for this is you have the site set up for one order per 15-minute timeslot and you receive a telephone order. You need to be able to see which order slots are still vacant and then be able to allocate one of the free slots to the telephone order. Currently, the only way to do this is to log into the website “front end” and place the order on behalf of the customer.

    There is no such option for this now. But we have planned to add the functionality to disable the slots which are already filled up. But just like our last conversation doing something for backend order placement is really needed, but we are not there yet.

    I am keeping this ticket open to pipeline this feature to development.
