manage menus and widgets by admin in wordpress admin

  • In WordPress admin, people with appropriate rights can manage menus.
    If many people have these rights, they can update or delete menus setup by other people.
    Is it possible to display to each people only the menus they have created, so they cannot update or delete accidentaly other people’s menu.
    Same question for widgets.
