    Is there a way to allow Users (Editor) to see the Menu section under Appearance so they can create, edit, delete Menu items?

    You can add ‘edit_theme_options’ capability to the ‘editor’ role. Be aware that this will allow access all “Appearance” menu items.
    If you need more granular access, look at the Admin menu access add-on included into the Pro version.

    Thank you. I will need to discuss with the site owner if they want to go with the Pro version.
