Manage install multiple blogs?

  • Hey guys, I am looking to setup a little network of blogs here and I have the following questions:

    1. Is there anything (opensource) that will allow you to install multiple blogs (one click would be best) including plugins and themes? From a single gui? The only ones I can find cost $100+

    2. Is there anything that will help me manage all of the blogs in terms of content? Also keep track of my links on each site and verify link exchanges?
