Manage Form doesn't show field names

  • Hello,

    When I start to make a form inside of Manage Forms the name of the fields are blank in any category.

    I’ve tried firefox and chrome with the same result.

    However, if you grab the field and move a little outside you can see the name of the field. It’s not the end of the world but I just want to let you know.
