Are there any errors in the browser console when clicking the button?

If there are errors, please share them and check for a conflict. Can you please try temporarily switching to a default theme if you’re not already using one and disabling all other plugins then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue persists?

I cannot switch the theme or disable plugins or make any changes since I do not have access to the wordfence.com wp-admin
If you work for wordfence then surely you have access to do this?

Ah, I missed that this was a configuration issue within Wordfence Central.

Can you please try a different browser with on browser extensions disabled and let me know if it helps?

I’ve spoken with the developers about this. There’s a bug report for it. For reference, the case number is – FB9443.
